What does CAPSI mean to you?
To me, CAPSI is about having an impact on the local, national and international community. I joined CAPSI when I realized how much I can do to help my profession progress, even though it meant getting out of my comfort zone.
In the beginning, I didn’t know if I would enjoy representing my school as I had no experience, but I quickly realized that travelling around Canada and meeting pharmacy students across the country to exchange on ways to improve what we do is actually pretty fun. It will make me a better pharmacist, and I can say with certainty that it has made me a better person.
